Report Options and SourcesWe can provide three different sources from which to chose in order to provide Social Security and Consumer Credit information. Each source produces reports formatted in a somewhat different way. The Help section of the HireCheck™ Demo will show you samples of reports from each source. County Civil Search per Upper or Lower court / Federal Civil Search:Are you concerned about a history of litigation against employers by people who make a career out of winning lawsuits from employers? We know of one school teacher (married to a litigation lawyer) who carefully sets the boss up for an ambush. The jury falls for this act every time. You will have clues from other verifications such as "prior employer" as to which court report is best to select. Workmen's Compensation and/or Medicaid Sanctions:See Criminal Records below. Prior-Employer Verification:Per employer or Prior-employer/FHWA (Federal Highway Administration questions), per employer. Prior-Employer is a systematic reference check that we can probably do more quickly, accurately and for less real cost (caller's time, LD, word processing the report, etc.,) That you might be able to do "in house". Workport™ Employment and Earnings:Options are how much and how often? How much information, i.e., Summary or detailed and how often, 1, 5 or 10 years? See any long-term gaps in employment? What was that person doing during that time. Standard or Deluxe Name Search:You supply the name and address. Using this information as reference fields, the search will identify the most current address and phone number for the subject in 5 minutes if you want to pay a little extra. Deluxe includes the names, addresses and phone numbers of 5 neighbors within 4 hours. Deluxe Address Search:You supply the name and address. Using this information as reference fields, the search will identify the name and phone number of the current occupant plus the names, addresses and phone numbers of 5 nearby neighbors within 4 hours. Standard Phone Search:Delivers the name of the person listed for a phone number and the listed address. 5 minutes express or 4 hours turnaround. Business Credit Search or Intelliscore:Both reports indicate the current credit status of a business. Trade payment information, banking information, approximate revenue. The Business Credit Search is quite detailed including officer's names, length of time in business, corporate structure and public record information re: liens, bankruptcies, judgments and suits. The Intelliscore is an easy to read, abbreviated business credit report. Examples of both are displayed in the HireCheck™ Demo Download. Criminal Records Reports, Options Galore:The owner of HireCheck™, is the premier information broker in North America in relation to access to the most complete sources for criminal records, not counting the thousands of agents who gather public records information not available from subscription data bases daily and send detailed report into Hirecheck Inc. from across North America. Foreign sources and agents are now being added to this renowned team. Medicaid Sanctions:This is a lesser known but very important criminal report. Options for Criminal Records Histories:They are Statewide Criminal Searches, but not all States offer statewide records. In those states we have County Criminal Records Searches, but a county will not report on any other counties in a Metropolitan Area such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and about 65 other metro areas. Therefore, we offer Metro Criminal Records Searches. Federal Criminal Searches, information about Federal Convictions, are not included in State, County or Metro Criminal Searches. Driving Record:The best "utility" report regarding social behavior tendencies, in the opinion of FactsFinder, is the Driving Record, universally listed as the MVR (Motor Vehicle Records Report).
